Midland Beer Garden

This beer garden is actually in a plant nursery and has one of the longest beer lists in Midland, so it legitimately has the right to call itself Midland Beer Garden. This place is all about the chill vibes: dogs are encouraged, there’s often live music, and there’s cornhole and giant Jenga to play. The Blue Door

If you love a good cocktail, The Blue Door is the ideal place to go. They have a great list of specialty cocktails (as well as the classics) and a solid list of craft beers and wines. Locals love the seasonal happy hour specials and ambiance. They also partner with Brew St. Bakery next door for snacks and appetizers.

The Bar

Great place to chill and not have to worry about how you are dressed, laid back and what more could one ask for?? We went for lunch and liked the atmosphere so we came back that night for the live band .. All staff was friendly, please enjoy looking at all the old memorabilia.

The Hemingway

The Hemingway is more than just a Cigar bar. They also specialize in fine wine. Locals love the patio. When you sit outside, you can even get food delivered from The Garlic Press next door. They even have live bands Wednesday through Sunday. Locals love to chill out at The Hemingway, whether it’s with co-workers or for a date night!

Bourbon Street DC

120 North Main, Midland, TX 79701

You’ll feel the Louisiana influence, even in Midland, because of Bourbon Street DC’s swing open windows and upbeat music. While it used to be just a beer and wine spot, they recently added a full-service bar. Before you leave, make sure to put a dollar up on the “Lucky Money” wall!

Riley’s Bar & Grill

They say don’t judge a book by its cover, and that’s also true of Riley’s Bar & Grill. Most Midlanders will tell you it’s a little rough around the edges, but the beer is always cold, the drinks are well made, and the band is always rockin’. Everyone especially loves the Bloody Mary’s and great drink prices.
