The Neon Museum

Interested in seeing one of the best museums Vegas has to offer? Go take a tour of The Neon Museum. This museum is not your average. It has tons of retired and restored Las Vegas neon signs. Some of the signs include old hotel, casino, store and restaurant signs. The Neon Museum is located within walking distance of the strip. Choose a day tour for only $18 or get a night tour for $25.

Ethel M Chocolates Factory

Vegas has endless amounts of great food and bakeries, but a must-go-to is the Ethel M Chocolates Factory. It is a short car ride away from the strip. The best part about their tours is that they are free! Yes, you heard that right.

Hoover Dam

If you plan to stay a little longer in Vegas and are renting a car, go visit Hoover Dam. The actual site is about 40 minutes from the strip. You can tour on foot, or get fancy with a hummer or helicopter ride. Hoover Dam has beautiful views of the Colorado River, and you can even raft or kayak down the river.

Now that you are all set with your weekend getaway itinerary to Las Vegas, it’s time to get to packing!
